model/client release forms.

Hi everyone..just a quick blog from me..letting all clients old and new know that i now have a dedicated page in "TERMS&CONDITIONS" for the MODEL/CLIENT RELEASE FORMS.There are 2 ways in which you can obtain it,1stly you can download the file via the small link and maybe type in your details your end and then email it back to me,2ndly you can print the form Via the website and hand it to me on the day.I will always have a few paper forms handy with me anyway on the day..but these forms must be signed either way.Thanks.xx
